Don't Buy Motorola Phones (In Singapore)
I went down to the service centre to collect the phone today. The counter guy ask for my warranty card again.
WHAT THE BLARDY HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?
He told me he didn't know of my case (that I was told to go down and collect with acknowedgelemt slip and IC only) and ask me to write down the name of the person who handled my case and the freaking case number.
I wasted no time with him and walked out the centre.
Of course, I came home and typed another complaint letter. After I submitted the letter, guess what I saw at their FAQ?
It appears to me that their weekly staff training did not include "Get updated with the latest FAQ question", or maybe none of the staff in the centre know how to use the internet. Or they are just plain STUPID. I mean, how do these people communicate with one another? And they call themselves the service centre?!
