Motorola's Reply

Dear Ms XXXXX
Thank you for your email dated 21 January 2007.


We read with concern your unpleasant experience with the Motorola V3 handset and at our authorised service centre, MotoServiceOne. We would like to apologise if the incident had caused you any unnecessary inconvenience.

Please be assured that we will escalate your case to the relevant department for them to investigate the matter further.

However, before we are able to do so, we would appreciate if you could provide us the following information for verification over at our end:
(followed by a string of qns asking for my identification no., contact nos, handset IMEI no., MSN no, and the name of the staff who attended to me... Ha! )


Once we have obtained the above-mentioned information, we will forward your case accordingly and hope to get back to you as soon as we are able to identify a credible solution to the matter.
